Laaiplek hotel at the river mouth frequented by pink flamingo and Ostriches and another hotel up river, Veldrifts Riviera Hotel where there are hundreds more birds species including huge flocks of pink flamingo.There are plenty of 4?4 routes and the Klein Tafelberg challenge is held here. In Dwarskersbos the endless white beaches are breath taking and the ocean is alive with seals, dolphin pods and occasionally wales.
