The house is situated in Ponta Mamoli on Baleia Azul Estate. The accommodation is built in the form of a lodge. The 'lodge type' layout features 5 separate pods. Consisting of 4 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has the following: Luxury Cloud Nine king-size beds A loft room with a further 2 single beds A bathroom consisting of a large shower, a separate toilet, and a hand basin. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Please note that the lofts are relatively small but are more than suitable for children. Adults can definitely sleep in the lofts but will be unable to stand up straight. (Approx height 1.5m) The 5th pod contains the main living/dining and kitchen areas. A boma at the back for those windy days A built-in braai on the main deck A pool in the main deck DSTV in the central living area Free wifi is available at the house, just ask the staff for the password. All bedrooms and central facilities overlook the sea. Laundry can be done at R150 per laundry bag Please note that the lofts are relatively small but are more than suitable for children. Adults can definitely sleep in the lofts but will be unable to stand up straight. (Approx height 1.5m) A guest bathroom is also available with a bath, toilet, and hand basin. This unit sleeps up to 16 people. Housekeeping staff will be there from 8H00 to 13H00 duties include: washing dishes, make beds, clean inside and outside. All cleaning materials are supplied. All bath towels will be supplied but not beach towels. There is an entry and exit permit that you need to get at the entrance gate to the Estate, cost is R100. Remember to hand this permit back when you leave and collect your R100. *There is a public launch site available at R100 per launch.

Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights

Establishment Review:

The place we booked (15 Baleia Azul) is simply breathtaking. We had ALL the facilities that we required, and more to our disposal. The staff were also super friendly and assisted with all of our needs when we reached out and also went as far as to help us out when we needed to buy something by either guiding us to the right place, or purchasing it for us and bringing it through the next morning. This place is breath-taking and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Malongane!

Quick and easy. Booking was flawless and our group had no issues with our booking. We were also informed with all the relevant do's and don'ts alongside what we would require for the trip. Overall an excellent experience.

Things to improve:

My only qualm was the "upstairs" rooms. There are windows in each of them without curtains so when the sun comes up at 5AM you would get hit right in the face which would mean you wouldn't be able to sleep in. The actual beds downstairs were amazing and the aircons were an absolute life-saver. Other than the missing curtains, this place is pretty much flawless!

We had a fantastic stay at Baleia Azul 15. The house is well equipped and has everything you could need. The staff are amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back!
