Please take note of the extra information below:

We are using borehole water which contains a lot of iron even though we bought an industrial filter,  it is not advisable to drink the water unless it has been boiled but it is perfectly safe to use in the pool, showers and jacuzzi.  We had the water tested in the lab.
The iron in the water has stained the marbelite in the pool but the water is perfectly clear.
The jacuzzi needs to be replaced because of discoloration ( we have tried to paint it twice already)  The water is however clean.
Free WiFi is available at the lodge but it is not uncapped.  5 gigs of Free WiFi will be available for guests, in the event of them using more it will be for their expense. You can purchase Vodacom Mozambique data and ask Andile to assist you with loading the data onto the router.
As we all know the state of  Eskom and EDM we have numerous power surges and black outs.  This is unfortunately can affect appliances at any time.
The lodge is remote and any last minute repairs & maintenance is logistically time consuming. We do however always strive to give the best service as soon as possible.
Please communicate with the staff when it comes to starting/leaving times, security, locking of the chalets, the staff are practically available 24 hours a day as they live 150 meters from the lodge, they can also be reached by using the Walki Talki if the guests choose to do so.
There are insects, mosquitoes and other animals like monkeys, snakes, very common and aggressive but not deadly.  All doors should stay closed when leaving the rooms.
