The house has five bedrooms, four of which are upstairs and one which is downstairs. The main living area is also downstairs. The lounge, kitchen and dining room is spacious and there are a few smaller lounge areas and patios throughout the villas creating private space for all. The established garden leads on the road which is right by the lagoon. Leisure Isle has lovely beach and park bench areas as well as wonderful areas for walks and is very popular with holiday makers. This villa is ideal for families and golf groups as well as for small wedding accommodation. The flat can be let separately at a rate for one couple and the villa will be closed but not occupied ensuring privacy to those staying in the flat. The flat opens up to become part of the main house should guests rent out the whole property.
