It is therefore very secure and quiet with our nearest neighbour over 20 metres way. All the properties are large with indigenous gardens and low fences which adds to the sweeping views and private appeal.Getting aroundPublic transport is offered in and around Hout Bay via private taxis and reliable bus services. The City Sightseeing (hop-on-hop-off) bus also frequents Hout Bay and the nearest terminal is less than a kilometre from the estate.House RulesWe have 3 very friendly, loving cats which we'd appreciate if they could remain at the property during the let. If guests are adverse to this for any reason, we will be happy to discuss further or make arrangements for the cats to be placed elsewhere.
