This 4 bedroom 8 sleeper house is situated on the beach. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a bath and shower, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, the third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower and bath and there is a separate toilet.Downstairs is a TV lounge with activated DSTV, no need to bring your decoder and smart card with.Upstairs is the open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen has 2 fridge/freezers, dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the third bathroom.The verandah overlooks the Kleinmond beach and has an under roof built in wood/charcoal braai. The verandah has pulldown sails to enclose the verandah.On arrival there will be toilet paper, sunlight soap, cleaning cloths etc, however when this runs out you need to purchase more.The house is cleaned before your arrival and when you depart. If you want a housekeeper to come in daily and clean there is an extra charge.
