Bordered by the Nkomati River and the Indian Ocean, you'll find the tropical beaches that stretch for approximately 50kms most welcoming. It has fully equipped chalets, modern camping facilities, swimming pools, excellent braai facilities and ablutions. It is also a mere 100m from the beach and has been in operation since January 2007.The island offers its own boat/marine slipway and fishing from the beach or by boat, while quad bikes, b oats and jet skis are welcome. Indulge in fresh fish and prawns sold daily by local fishermen or kick back at the snack bar. OR...simply relax in our pools or one of the many beaches, soak in the sun and enjoy the breathtaking views on offer. All chalets are self-catering, with air-conditioned bedrooms and patios with braai (barbecue) areas. There are 2 bedrooms (1st room - Dbl bed, extra toilet & basin. 2nd room - 2 Sngl beds), 1 main bathroom, an open plan lounge area with a TV and a kitchen with basic equipment including a fridge, gas stove and microwave oven. Chalets are also serviced daily at no extra cost. Wi-Fi is available at the restaurant if you need to be online. The restaurant and bar areas are all within walking distance. The resort has security on duty 24hrs a day with warm friendly staff to help you with whatever your needs may be. The area is tranquil and parking is very secure.Events-wise, the resort has its own conference center that can host up to 40 people. They cater for weddings, teambuilding breakaways, workshops, training sessions and basically and other type of event or function!Chalet guests, please bring your own beach towels along!
