Motel do Mar is perfectly situated a few steps away from the beach in Ponta do Ouro. There are 2 types of units at the lodge. Normal Cabanas : These units sleep up to 4 people and are self catering. The back area of the cabana has 2 single beds and the front living area has a bunk bed. There is a high dividing wall between these two areas. All linen is supplied but please take your own beach and bath towels. The bedroom is ensuite with a shower, basin and toilet. There is no aircon but ceiling fans are provided. There is a small kitchenette which has a 2 plate gas stove, sink and a small size bar fridge with a freezer compartment. Crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are supplied. No electric kettle but an aluminium one is available. There is a table and chairs for 4 people in this area. Each cabana has its own parking area next to the unit. Executive Cabanas : These units are situated upstairs and have a small living area and a separate en sute bedroom with 2 single beds. All linen is supplied but please bring your own beach and bath towels. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. The unit is fitted with ceiling fans. PLease note that they do not have any self catering facilities. There is an electric kettle supplied with cups and saucers. There is a small bar fridge in the living area. There are only 2 of these units and they have direct sea views. We offer 24 hour security and electricity and braai facilities are available. The Resort has a fully licenced restaurant and beach bar with spectacular views overlooking the ocean. All rates include breakfast. There is a diving operator situated in the resort for all keen divers. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.
