This house is situated in La Lucia, Durban north coast.  The house has sea views and is only a 15  minute walk or a 5 minute drive from Glenashly Beach.  Umhlanga Beach is a 10 minute drive from the house.  Its half a kilometre from the Mall, close to Gateway and Beaches.  There are alot of restaurants in and about the area.The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, of which 2 bathrooms are en suite.  All 3 bedrooms have 1 double bed per room.  All bedrooms have free standing fans.  Modern kitchen with gas stove and fridge with ice maker. Also has breakfast counter. Separate dining room, 2 lounges one on lower level and one upstairs. Sea views from top level are great. Inside charcoal braai for all weather entertainment and a skottel braai for outside. There is also a gym that can be used. Stunning private pool with a shallow section for small kids or having sundowners. There is a TV in the braai area as well is in the main bedroom, with DSTV.  There is also a DVD player.Sea view from pool.Maid is available on request. Can live in the property.
