Robberg Beach is extremely popular and a property with this superb location very sought after. The villa is modern and very well equipped. There are seven bedrooms with the master suite situated upstairs. The master suite is very spacious with its own sun deck and amazing views. The mezzanine level hosts the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area which leads onto the pool deck and outdoor entertainment area. The doors all open up allowing the stunning view to dominate. There is a TV room on this level and downstairs is another sitting area and TV which is great for family living. From the garden is a path leading directly to the beach. Simply superb.This property sleeps 14 guests and children over 10 years are welcome. The main bedroom with king size bed, open plan full en suite bathroom, TV, telephone - intercom and alarm panel. This room leads out to balcony. All 7 rooms with en suite bathrooms. Open plan kitchen, living and dining area leads out to partially covered patio with outdoor dining area. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. With double door fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser. Nespresso coffee machine, full gas oven and 6 hobs. Central breakfast counter with 5 barstools. Outdoor dining area with table and benches seating for 14 guests. There is a gas heater outside. Hanging wicker chair. Outside pool with no pool net or cover. The house has full DSTV, DVD player and flat screen HD TV. Also direct beach access. There is a gate leading to the Robberg Beach. Fire pit with seating for 8 guests. Maid Service included Monday - Friday.  Available on request for weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. Hours: 08H30 ? 15H30. If there are more than 6 guests an additional staff member will be arranged at an additional cost. Please provide staff with meals when they are on duty. Duties: Washing and cleaning only. Linen change once a week. Specific house rules, No smoking inside and No Pets.
