A 40 ft cruiser/racer is available to take part on regattas and outings as guests or for charter.Please read further to find all relevant information for the rental use of this absolutely serene setting.Accommodation/RoomsThe timber house (145m2) has a pleasant dry and healthy atmosphere. This house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 6 adults and 2 kids under the age of 12 comfortably.  Two of the bedrooms have 1 double bed per room and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.  All the 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms  Two of the bathrooms have a bath with a flexible shower head and the third bathroom has a shower.  There is a sleeper couch in the lounge as well as a sleeper couch in one of the bedrooms  All linen is provided.   The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a dishwasher, washing machine.The cosy fireplace provides for relaxing evenings and the outside terrace is north facing and is the ideal place to enjoy meals together, observe the sunset, see the whales play and braai under a star-studded night sky.Facilities/Services?If you would like the house to be serviced daily this can be arranged at an extra cost of R400 per day. No pets allowed.  All cleaning materials, rubbish bags are provided, all you need to bring with is food and drinks.Activities Only 100 metres from the national park and Unesco world heritage. 2-3 km from Kommetjie shops and 5-7 restaurants and bars. Kommetjie is a good location between Cape Town City and Cape of Good Hope. The house is only a 40 minute drive from the airport and Cape Town City. Its near Boulders Beach, golf courses, Muizenberg. Kommetjie is an excellent surfing spot. You can also go for long walks along the beach, play tennis, hike, dive, fish, biking.
