This holiday home is situated on a well managed housing estate in Ponta Mamoli. Situated, on Fredericos Bay snorkelling spot. The beautiful beach house consists of the following: This home has 3 en suite bedrooms: bedroom 1 - sea facing with extra length king size bed and single bed with pull out bed (en-suite bathroom with shower and bath) sleeping 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids (opens onto the swimming pool deck) bedroom 2 - Inland facing, 2 single extra length beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet hand basin (beds can be pushed together) bedroom 3 is a loft suitable for children age 12 and under (4 single beds) has a bath, toilet and hand basin There is a guest bathroom downstairs. The open plan kitchen and TV lounge area has panoramic seaviews. DSTV is available as well as a library of books and games to play should the weather not be great. The living area opens up with sliding doors onto a wooden deck with a sunken swimming pool, overlooking the ocean. Your stay includes breakfast, which consists of: 2 eggs bacon, tomato, toast (poa) coffee and tea There is an outside shower to rinse off after a day on the beach. There is a braai area that has a built-in charcoal/wood braai as well as a gas braai. Ensure you bring snorkelling equipment along.

STAFF TIP There is a compulsory staff tip of R150 per day this includes your day of arrival and departure. It is payable to the head housekeeper on the day you depart. Working hours are from 7:00 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 12 on Saturdays. If you would like the staff to work Saturday afternoon you need to pay R75 for the afternoon and if you would like her to work on Sundays and Public Holidays then you need to pay her R150 for those days. Her working hours include a 1-hour lunch. The gardener cleans the pool, braai, and outside area, there is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity is always welcome. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is a R4000 refundable breakage deposit, this is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date.
