High on top of the dune in Malongane, Kangela Estate; sits this beautifully decorated thatched beach house. The elevation is designed to give you a 360-degree ocean and lake view. The main living area flows from the kitchen to the dining room, living room, and bar whilst you cook, eat, and socialize with the infinity views of the magnificent, endless Malongane beach. The house sleeps 14 people in 6 bedrooms. All rooms are ensuite made up with percale linen. The 4 cottage style bedrooms are linked by wooden decks to the main living, dining and kitchen areas. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. There is a cool plunge pool sheltered from the wind under the milkwood trees and two outside showers following beach days. The lounge is comfortably designed for reading and chilling. The kitchen is well stocked with three fridges, enough freezer space, crockery, cutlery, a coffee machine, a water ozonator, a Microwave,, Kettle, Electrical Stove, Oven, Toaster, Hand Mixer, Ice Maker, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer. The oven is gas/elec. There is also a gas braai, Weber, and outdoor furniture outside at the pool. A large bar overlooking the sea, includes under-counter fridges, an ice machine, and glassware. The house is within walking distance of the beach, the dive campsite, and the village of Malongane - central and convenient for any activities. (There is no TV).

Campismo Ninho Estate and Kangela Estate are both home to samango and vervet monkeys. While they may seem harmless, they’re known to come inside houses looking for food. Please DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS —this encourages them to return and creates ongoing problems. To avoid issues, don’t leave fruit out in fruit bowls or food on counters. Rather, keep everything inside the fridge or in closed cupboards. Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed when you leave the house to stop them from coming in. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. In Winter months, posiibly supply some blankets in the chalets. They were a bit chilly. Otherwise we had a lovely stay. Staff were awesome, accommodation and facilities were very good.

We stayed at Kangela no 6 from 12 to 21 July. What an amazing experience. Kangela is conveniently situated 5 minutes from Malongane Dive Centre. Joyce,Pretty and Joe are friendly and very helpfull. The house layout very well designed. The seperate cottages between the trees creates privacy and peacefull atmosphere. The house is perfectly designed for catering, the views are amazing all around. The front deck has a view over the ocean, the whales entertaining us the entire week and even the dolphins spoilt us with spectacular displays. The deck behind the kitchen makes for beautifull sunsets over the marshland. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the house. Kangela 6 will most definately see us again, we can truly recommend this house. Thank you so much to our hosts.

Kangela House 6 was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the web, do not do it justice. The accommodation rooms, deck, open-plan lounge / kitchen / bar, was perfectly set-up and absolutely amazing. The house is fully set-up, and so we did not require anything. Everything you could possibly want, was catered for. You can see that lots of time and thought went into building and putting together this beautiful holiday house. Joyce and Pretty, the 2 house-staff, went out of their way to make our stay one of relaxation and calm. Joe, the Gilly, was just as helpful with setting-up the deck chairs and sorting out the pool, and helping us with carrying our items to the beach and to our cars. The 3 staff members get an A+++ from us. We will DEFINITELY go back to Kangela 6. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RECOMMENDING THE HOUSE TO US.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you! The venue and setting is beautiful. The staff, Joyce, Pretty, but especially Joel was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The layout and design of the house was well thought through and everything was in a good condition. It was a perfect venue for our kids too. I hope we have the opportunity to visit Kangela 6 again in the near future. I will recommend this venue to anyone.
