This self catering, 3 bedroom house is situated on a housing estate in Xai Xai.  It can sleep 8 people and is a 5 minute walk from the beach.  There are three bedrooms of which two rooms have 2 double beds that can be moved together or kept apart, the third room has a double bed.  There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge.  All bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as the living area.  The bedrooms have ample built-in cupboard space.  There are 2 bathrooms.  The house has a floor area of 166m?.  A built-in safe is provided in the main bedroom. There is a flat screen TV ? bring your own decoder and smart card. For those that don't want to self cater their is a bar restaurant 1km away from the house.There is a 40m2 wooden deck along the full front of the house giving it an unobstructed 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean.  A weber braai is provided ? charcoal and firelighters not supplied.  The tap water is from a borehole and is safe to drink.  Power outages are not uncommon ? two day/night lamps are provided for this eventuality.  The oven/stove operates on gas.  Bring mosquito repellents of your choice.  The house will be serviced daily at your request.A breakage deposit will be payable on arrival at reception and will be refunded again after you leave.
