Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double bed, Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have three single beds, and Bedrooms 5 and 6 each have two single beds and share a bathroom. All six bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is well suited to self-catering holidays and includes a six-burner gas stove and oven, separate electric oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine for beans, dishwasher, multiple fridge/freezers and a chest freezer. The separate scullery includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use. Outdoor living is one of the highlights of Wakene 5. The impressive 81m² deck makes the most of the 180° ocean views and offers alfresco dining, a full-size gas braai and plenty of space for everyone to relax together. The estate has one communal wooden stepped beach walkway, approximately a 3-minute walk from the house, which leads directly onto the beach. SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool at this property has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times. DRINKING WATER The property has a water cooling system. Guests are welcome to bring a 10L refillable water bottle for use during their stay. GROUPS No groups of guests under the age of 25 are permitted without parental or adult supervision. Guests may discuss an earlier departure time directly with the staff. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A refundable breakage deposit of R5,000 is payable one month prior to arrival. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, subject to the property being left in good condition and no deductions being required. LATE CHECK-OUT Late check-out is available on request only and is subject to the house not having an incoming booking on the day of departure. Where late check-out is approved, a fee of R1,500 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Late check-out is no later than 15:00. HOUSE & ESTATE RULES No pets are permitted at any GoBundu properties. Loud music, parties and functions are not permitted. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. No noise is permitted between 22:00 and 06:00. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being required to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
